Kim Taylor

Kim Taylor

I grew up in Wendell, NC and later moved to Raleigh. I have spent my life working, shopping, dining and living in the Wake County area. If I am not in Wake County, you can probably find me with my toes in the sand! After graduating from high school, I began my career in the Medical Records Department at WakeMed Hospital In Raleigh. After several years of working, I got married and was blessed with my first son. I loved my job, but I wanted nothing more than to focus on raising him, so I put my career on hold. Twenty-five years and three more children later, I am now mom to four amazing boys: Damon, Zachary, Luke and Mason. After raising four boys, I needed a new challenge. I chose to pursue a career in real estate and began to study.

When I am not selling real estate, you can find me on the welcoming team at my local church, because I love engaging with people. I hope you will let me connect with you and provide you with a buying or selling experience that is unmatched.

  • Convenience vs. Profit—iBuyer services allow you to sell quickly, but at the cost of your hard-earned equity
  • Salesperson Attitude vs. Relationship Building—Discount brokers are more interested in making a quick profit than making you money
